Ada Sokol was commissioned by Gentle Monster, known for its

radically innovative designs and retail experiences, to create the

Space Trilogy, a surreal trip into outer space. This series of 3D

animations have been designed to celebrate special openings of

brand’s pop up stores: in China’s largest luxury department store SKP in Beijing, in Dover Street Market New York and Selfridges London.

The animations in the Trilogy:

“A crew of extraterrestrial creatures embark on a passage through time and space in search of their next home. Collecting precious stones and flowers along the way, the crew is able to produce energy for their ship and tools.”
